I am extremely particular on what I will classify as a field trial dog. A field trial dog is a finely tuned athletic machine that possesses all of the needed genetic traits and training to be a superior hunting spaniel in a competitive environment. They are trained and finely tuned to the highest of standards. Field trial dogs are the superior bird finders and retrievers, combined with outstanding style and animation. They run natural wind patterns and requiring very little whistle to handle. Field trial dogs are trained to handle blind retrieves on land and water. High Prairie Farms strives for perfection in the field training of Field English Springer and Field Cocker Spaniels. These dogs are the best of the best.
